The historic Dorset town is a firm favourite of ours with the fine Georgian seafront an impressive backdrop to the beautiful golden sandy beach. If lazing by the beach isn’t your thing, then there is plenty more to do including shopping, museums and the Sea Life Centre.
We travel via a lunch stop to the Dorset Coast arriving mid afternoon, giving you time to settle into your room. You might even have time to visit the local shops before settling in for the evening to enjoy the hospitality of the hotel.
We take an easterly drive today and our first visit will be in Bournemouth. With its lovely sandy beach and park Bournemouth always guarantees a relaxing time. After free time we travel to Poole, dropping you off by Poole Pottery on the quayside.
We visit the South Devon coast today, Sidmouth is a delightful town that has maintained a traditional charm. You might like to visit the gardens, or the beach, or maybe visit one of the friendly boutiques and shops.
Your driver will offer you an optional excursion, or you might like to stay in Weymouth for the day.
With comfort stops on the way, we arrive home mid/late afternoon, remember no waiting around for feeder coaches or interchanges.
